AIR CONDITION:

1) Check operating head pressure.

2) Check operating suction pressure.

3) Check operating superheat.

4) Check condenser for coil blockage, wash out if needed.

5) Check compressor running amps.

6) Insure starting devices switching properly. (i.e.: potential relay, start assist devices)

7) Oil condenser fan motor if oilable and needed.

8) Inspect start and run capacitors arcing and deterioration.

9)Insure that outdoor fan blade is free of vibration and not bent.

10) Insure refrigeration charge is correct.

11) Inspect accessible areas for signs of refrigerant leaks.

12) Chack outdoor fan motor running amps and visually inspect for signs of overheating,(i.e.: discolored housing)

13) Inspect compressor terminal wiring, insure no signs of burning, overheating, brittle insulation, or pinching.

14) Insure all installed time delays function properly.

15) Insure steel dryers, suction and liquid, service valves and other steel parts are not rusting excessivvely.

16) Check Hi & Low pressure safety controls.

 

FURNACE/ BOILER:

1) Replace air filter. (Standard Air Filter Only)

2) Check and Oil indoor blower motor/ Circulator Pump.

3) Clean burners, Thermocouple and flame sensor.

4) Check indoor thermostat for proper operation.

5) Check low water cut-off and automatic water feed operation.

6) Check flue draft and inspect flue pipe connection to chimney.

7) Check limits and safety controls.

8) Check water temperature and pressure.

9) Check indoor blower motor V-belt, and tension,

10) Insure all furnace covers are correctly installed.

11) Cycle indoor fan realy, and check for proper operation.

12) Check gas valve, pilot assembly and gas pressure.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS:

1) 24 hour emergency service, no overtime for emergencies only.

2) Any other part not listed above is specifically excluded from this agreement.

3) Service call charge Will be Voided ($25 Value)
